I initially purchased DarkStims liquid glycerol for a bodybuilding competition which in turn got me a 3rd place (Nabba Pudsey). Very convenient way to take liquid glycerol. The cap has markings in ml. I take 25ml with a non-stim pre workout and it gives realy good pumps. Definitely recommend.
