SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR PRE WORKOUT
There is a minimum three month commitment for all pre workout subscriptions, this is in place as we offer a lower price per product, you cannot cancel or change your subscription until the third payment has come out, by checking the checkbox at checkout and purchasing you agree to these terms
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to exchange, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, please email us help@darkstims.com with your order number, pictures of the item and we will send the return address.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, please note customised items such as the embroidered items that are sold cannot be exchanged due to the personalised touches that cannot be resold.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at help@darkstims.com. we’ll send you the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on clearance or customised items.
