How to use:

The pumps and energy are great!!!!
Great taste and gives me a boost of energy in the gym
The flavourings are amazing and the taste is so good and the caffeine content is perfect in my opinion, also i do think the colour of the powder is a bit strange but other than that it’s fabulous and i would 100% buy it again.
Best pre-workout I’ve tried, it’s tastes amazing and you get great energy without feeling too prangy, pump is great too, would highly recommend.

Great flavour usually have red apple which is lovely but tried this as a change.
The amount of beta alanine is a little bit on a heavy side. It almost cuts into the taste and slightly unsettling. I ended up buying a different pre-workout just to compare them side-by-side. I’ve had to just accept and take an L and just to the top of dark stim in cupboard. I usually don’t mind beta alanine but this was strong.One thing I will give the pre-workout is a 9 out of 10 on the taste.
My first time ordering dark stims pre workout after watching many reviews on social media and I must say it didn’t disappoint I ordered the red apple and the flavour was on point with just the right amount of everything I wanted from a pre workout. Keeps me focussed and locked in for my ShredFast sessions and the pump is just as I wanted I’ll be ordering again along with the electrolytes and creatine I’m in the process of changing my supplements brand and I think I’ve found my new one 👌
Really good pre, caffeine is just the right amount and the beta alanine gives a nice little itchy feeling without being too much. Good energy throughout the workout and no horrible comedown afterwards, you just feel normal once it wears off. Would definitely recommend.

This pre-workout gives good focus
Great pre-workout, plus great tasting. Have it at 5am for a 5:30 start at the gym. Gives my great focus, energy and pump. I feel lost at the gym if I haven’t had it. No sudden come downs, it’s very gradual and can function with a full day in the office.

I had only tried one other pre workout before dark stims and it made my shit green 😂. When my first tub of dark stims arrived i was happy to see it was a normal colour, mixes really well and the effects are mind blowing the high dosage of all ingredients gives you the most insane pumps, don’t waste your money on whatever you can get from your gym when this stuff is the same price and gives you reliable performance with less bullshit ingredients. Having tried most of the other pres on the market over the last 18 years I had to try this one and this is my review - Mixes very well, smooth to drink and tastes great. No powdery or chemical taste. No huge energy hit but a gradual increase and it doesn’t crash down either. I started with 1 scoop but now use 1.5 and it easily gets you through a 1.5-2 hr session and keeps you energised hrs after. Focus, vascularity and pumps increased. Definitely a new staple for me

Darkstims Pre-Workout V4 I’ve tried a fair few pre-workouts, and this one genuinely stands out. The energy kicks in smoothly without that jittery feeling, and the focus it gives is proper dialled in, I felt locked in from start to finish. What I liked most is there’s no crash afterwards, which is a big win for me. Taste is solid too, not overly sweet or artificial. Definitely one I’ll keep in my routine.
