Premium Coaching is recommended for those who dont just want to follow a plan and make good progress but want to LEARN as much as possible, we will spend alot more time explaining the reasoning behind each change / tweak to plans and include phone/video calls going over relevant information to ensure you are making as much progress as possible whilst educating you.

Online coaching is non-refundable, minimum three month commitment and a one-month notice is required to cancel any subscription, you must give at least 30 days notice or the next payment will need to be taken to close down the account.
