Straight answers
Is there any caffeine in it?
None. This is a pure pump and performance formula, so you can take it any time of day, stack it with a stim pre-workout, or use it for a late session without touching your sleep.
Why split the citrulline into a matrix?
You get 8,000 mg of pure L-citrulline for the nitric-oxide blood-flow route plus 2,000 mg of L-citrulline nitrate for the separate nitrate pathway. That is two mechanisms driving the pump instead of one, and we print the exact split so nothing is hidden.
Can I stack it with my pre-workout?
You can, but you do not need to double up. Both this and our pre-workout are dosed very high, so the best way to stack them is a full serving of one and half a serving of the other. Two full servings will not give you a bigger pump or more focus, it is simply more than your body can use.
Why the tingles?
That is the 5,000 mg of beta-alanine. It is a normal, harmless skin-tingle that a lot of lifters actually chase, and it settles as you keep training.
