Meta App Terms of Service

These terms apply to the DARKSTIMS LIMITED Meta app, including the Darkstims API app used for Meta advertising, reporting, campaign management, and related business operations.

Purpose of the app

The app is used by DARKSTIMS LIMITED for authorised business purposes, including Meta advertising reporting, campaign review, campaign setup, performance analysis, internal dashboards, and operational workflows.

Authorised use only

The app may only be used by authorised DARKSTIMS personnel, contractors, or approved service providers. Users must not use the app to access, copy, alter, disclose, or misuse data without permission.

Meta platform rules

Use of the app must comply with applicable Meta Platform Terms, Meta advertising policies, and any relevant business, privacy, and data protection requirements.

Data handling

Users must handle Meta app data securely, only for legitimate DARKSTIMS business purposes, and only where they have permission to access that data. More information is available in the Meta App Privacy Policy.

No customer-facing account service

This app is not a consumer account service for DARKSTIMS customers. It is an internal business integration for Meta advertising and related reporting.

Availability and accuracy

DARKSTIMS LIMITED aims to use accurate data and reliable systems, but advertising platform data can change, be delayed, or differ from Shopify or other analytics sources. Users should check important decisions against the relevant source systems.
