This page explains how to request deletion of data connected to the DARKSTIMS LIMITED Meta app, including the Darkstims API app.
How to request deletion
Email help@darkstims.com with the subject line Meta App Data Deletion Request.
In your email, include the information needed to identify the relevant Meta connection, such as:
- Your name or business name, if relevant.
- The Meta business, page, ad account, or app connection involved, if known.
- The email address you used for the relevant business request, if applicable.
- A short description of the data you want deleted.
What happens next
We will review the request, verify that we can identify the relevant app data, and delete or anonymise applicable data where required and technically possible. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, legal, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, or legitimate business reasons.
Response time
We aim to respond to valid deletion requests within one month where required by applicable data protection law.
